Job summary

T.Y Lin International is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to join our PMCM group on aviation projects based in Newark. You will be responsible for creating and managing CPM schedules using Primavera P6, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication with clients and consultants.

This role requires a BS in a relevant field and at least 8 years of scheduling experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 annually, alongside extensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications with PMI or AACEI is also preferable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in logistical and delivery and work force planning with project personnel.
• Review and provide comment on contractor prepared baseline schedules.
• Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule.

Skills

Construction project scheduling experience

Understanding of construction scheduling processes

Familiarity with Primavera P6

Education

BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
