Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Sr Program Manager in Las Vegas, NV, to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs. You will provide strategic direction across planning, design and construction, coordinating with airport authorities and internal teams.

Qualifications

BA/BS and 12+ years of program or project management in aviation infrastructure; 4 years of leadership.
Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain badges/clearances.
Master's degree preferred; PMP certification; knowledge of FAA standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee full program lifecycle for large aviation development programs including planning, design, procurement and construction.
Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction to technical teams.
Establish governance, reporting structures and performance metrics.
Drive alignment between client goals, regulatory requirements and project plans.
Serve as the primary interface with airport authorities and senior leadership.
Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder coordination sessions.
Review scopes, design deliverables, cost estimates and construction packages.
Monitor airside, landside and terminal elements; ensure FAA/regulatory compliance.
Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers and cost forecasts.
Oversee dashboards and executive summaries; resolve issues affecting cost and schedule.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
