Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large aviation and airport infrastructure programs in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams from inception to close-out, implementing processes, strategy, and reporting to drive program success.

You will manage budgets, oversee risk and schedule, and communicate with senior client leadership. Extensive travel and relocation to project locations is expected, reflecting the scale and complexity of the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field with 10 years of related consulting experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams on projects >$250 million.
• Strong client development and business growth experience.
• Expert in project management: contracts, planning, controls, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of program strategic initiatives to meet goals.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and ensure efficient use of staff.
• Engage with senior client leadership on reporting and issue resolution.
• Drive data collection, analytics, and reporting for budgets and risks.
• Oversee program budget and expenditures and financial performance.
• Present monthly revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Recruit, develop, train, and retain staff; conduct performance evaluations.
