Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in the aviation/aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting a facility move and production line relocation.
• Knowledge of aviation quality and regulatory standards (AS9100, NADCAP, FAA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design support at all stages from vetting to product introduction.
• Lead engineering activities for a full-site relocation using Lean principles.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Orders and Bill of Materials within ERP.
• Collaborate with QA team on root-cause analysis and corrective action activities.
