Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Senior QC Documentation Coordinator in Appleton to assist in returning aircraft to service per FAR 43.9 and 43.11. You will guide other coordinators, prepare logbook entries, and ensure timely documentation delivery.

The role requires strong communication, aviation experience, and proficiency with Gulfstream mainframe and MS Office. Day-one benefits and opportunities for overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related aviation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access).

Responsabilités

• Prepare aircraft logbook entries for release after maintenance with related records.
• Process completed work orders for scanning and record retention.
• Prepare and deliver Delivery and Technical Acceptance Reports.
