JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex construction efforts within the National Aviation Vertical in Atlanta. You will plan, manage and execute multiple projects, overseeing teams, subcontractors, safety, scheduling and cost control to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, logistics coordination, and collaboration with owners, architects, and authorities to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and manages subcontractors and workflow.
• Develops work plans and schedules for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Manages project budget and cost reporting with PM.
• Leads meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Supports project closeouts and documentation.
