Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Senior Construction Manager- Aviation to lead delivery across major airport programs from its New Orleans base. The role combines executive-level oversight with hands-on management of complex aviation projects in live operating environments.

You will guide strategy, budgeting, risk management, and coordination across design, construction, and delivery teams, traveling regularly across the Southeast and nationally to advance Jacobs' aviation growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Political Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Southeast and nationally.
• Deep expertise in CMAR, GMP, change management, and lifecycle value management.
• Experience advising airport authorities on capital structuring and bond financing implications.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to lead airport capital programs in live operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior executive oversight across active aviation capital programs.
• Lead delivery strategy, commercial performance, contract administration, and risk management.
• Advise airport authority executives, airline stakeholders, and agencies on capital structuring and phasing.
• Oversee program controls, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Manage joint venture operations, governance, invoicing, partner coordination, and business management functions.
• Lead coordination across design, construction, and delivery teams using DBB, CMAR, GMP, CMc, EPC, DB.
