You will mentor delivery teams and coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and regulators. Candidates should have 15+ years in aviation capital programs, strong financial acumen, and experience with CMAR/GMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Political Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience leading complex aviation capital programs.
• Experience as program lead or senior executive on airport projects in live operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight across active aviation capital programs ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality.
• Lead delivery strategy, contract admin, and risk management on airport programs in active operating environments.
• Advise airport authorities and airlines on capital structuring and phasing strategies.
• Oversee controls, forecasts, budgets, and executive reporting.
