Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Senior Aviation Construction Manager based in Seattle, WA to support Aviation Capital Improvement Programs. This senior role requires hands-on field experience in active, operating environments, coordinating contractors, inspectors, and airport operations to ensure safe, compliant project execution.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a compensation range of $155,000-$180,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management or field engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Aviation, or related field.
• Experience supporting construction projects in aviation, transportation, or complex vertical construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and airport operations in an active terminal/airfield environment.
• Track schedules, milestones, and critical path activities; support cost tracking and basic change management.
• Prepare routine progress reports, field observations, and project documentation for internal and client use.
