The role requires 10+ years of CM/field engineering experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office/Bluebeam skills. It is an on-site, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management or field engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Aviation, or related field.
• Experience in aviation, transportation, or complex vertical construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Construction Oversight & Field Coordination: manage on-site activities per plans, specs, and safety requirements.
• Schedule, Cost, and Reporting Support: track schedules, milestones, pay apps, and basic change management.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: participate in meetings and coordinate with airport operations and designers.
• Quality, Safety, & Compliance: enforce safety, perform inspections, and ensure Port of Seattle standards.
• Support coordination and documentation for client use.
