Job summary

The Tsui Group is looking for a Construction Manager III to oversee design and construction activities in Los Angeles County. Responsibilities include managing project scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

A successful candidate will have at least 10 years of Construction Management experience, preferably on airport projects, and possess excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $163,000-$168,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Construction Management, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience with projects over $100 million.
• Ability to perform in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site construction activities for project completion.
• Prepare reports summarizing progress for management and clients.
• Ensure construction follows approved plans and contractual obligations.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
