NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, L4, to help architect the next generation of autonomous driving software. You will work on prediction, decision, planning and control, and contribute to end-to-end AV pipelines spanning perception through control.

The role requires advanced degrees or equivalent experience, production AV experience, and familiarity with AI foundation models and large-scale ML systems; CUDA knowledge is a plus, and equity is offered.

Formación

• PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years in CS/CE or a related field.
• Production experience in autonomous driving systems.
• Experience with AI foundation models or large-scale ML systems.
• Experience in end-to-end driving models and robotics.

Responsabilidades

• Compose and build the architecture behind next-generation self-driving vehicle technology.
• Work on Prediction, Decision, Planning and Control architecture.
• Engage with Classical safety stack and safety architectures.
• Develop a World Model–based planning and reasoning model.
• Contribute to integration of research into self-driving vehicle technologies.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end AV software integration from perception through control.
