Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in AV coordination and operation, preferably in a related environment.
Requires rigging experience or certification for working with truss and chain motors.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work irregular hours.
Responsibilities
Assist AV Manager in daily operations and lead in their absence.
Plan and supervise AV services for large events.
Train and supervise AV staff in equipment setup and operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV or lighting issues.
Maintain accurate inventory of AV equipment.
