Job summary

UPSLOPE ADVISORS, INC. is seeking an AV/IT Program Manager to oversee contract performance as the single COR liaison. You will plan and staff work, monitor QASP metrics, and lead lifecycle planning with MSCoE G6 to ensure cybersecurity and system readiness.

You will manage staffing to keep the help desk staffed during extended hours, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare regular progress and annual performance reports in coordination with government counterparts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years IT/AV/IT services experience.
• Experience managing service contracts for DoD or Federal customers.
• Knowledge of AV/IT, VTC, collaboration systems, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Proven ability to supervise technical staff and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and COR coordination; act as primary contact.
• Track performance against QASP; ensure uptime and event readiness.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports per schedule and format.
• Staffing and workforce management to maintain help desk coverage.
• Approve event support plans and staffing for after‑hours events.
• Lead lifecycle, refresh, and cybersecurity coordination with IT teams.
• Escalate issues and ensure cybersecurity incidents are reported promptly.
