Job summary

UpSlope, Inc. seeks an AV/IT Program Manager to own contract performance and serve as the single point of contact for the COR. You will plan and staff the work, monitor QASP metrics, and lead equipment lifecycle and cybersecurity coordination with MSCoE G6 staff.

You will manage staffing for the help desk, ensure staff meet qualifications, coordinate event support, and deliver regular reports. DoD contracting experience and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field.
• 7 years IT/AV/IT services experience, including 3+ years managing a DoD or federal service contract.
• Experience managing help desk operations against service-level metrics and supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of AV/IT, VTC, collaboration systems and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and COR coordination; primary point of contact to COR/CO.
• Monitor performance against the QASP metrics and ensure quality control.
• Approve and submit weekly and monthly reports, and annual performance report.
• Staff and supervise the help desk to cover 0630-1700; manage leave and backfill.
• Approve written event support plans and staff up to 30 after-hours events per year.
• Lead lifecycle, refresh and cybersecurity coordination with MSCoE G6 IT staff.
• Escalate systemic issues to COR; ensure cybersecurity incidents reach COR and MSCoE G6 within 1 hour.
