Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in AV Installation, Commissioning and Service.
• AVIXA CTS/CTS-I and CQT preferred.
• Organized, proactive and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of manufacturer applications and products based on requirements.
• Provide support in testing patch releases and system upgrades.
• Perform end-user training on software applications.
