A leading technology services firm in Purchase, NY is seeking a Senior AV Maintenance Engineer with over 5 years of experience in AV maintenance and installation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in DSPs, Crestron programming, and Dante audio networking. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AV maintenance, break/fix, and installation.
• Strong knowledge of DSPs (Biamp, QSC, etc.).
• Experience with Crestron programming, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Dante audio networking.
• Proficiency with Cisco video codecs (Webex endpoints preferred).
• Familiarity with Evertz Magnum or similar broadcast/enterprise routing systems.
• Experience with fiber optic cabling and signal transport.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support and preventative maintenance for AV systems.
• Perform installation, configuration, and testing of AV solutions including displays and DSPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues involving DSP programming and Crestron control.
• Support and maintain signal routing systems.
• Work with fiber cabling for AV and video transport.
• Partner with internal IT/Network teams for seamless integration.
• Maintain system documentation and provide reporting.
• Assist with vendor management and equipment procurement.
• Mentor junior technicians on AV best practices.
