Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior AV Engineer to lead the technical design and daily operations of audiovisual production systems for high-visibility events involving clients, senior executives, and public personalities. The role includes strategic AV consulting for REWS projects such as office renovations and new property investments with custom production requirements.

You will perform multiple production roles (A1, V1, camera operator, lighting, EIC, stage manager) across spaces like ‘Ohana

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in AV production systems for high visibility events.
Strong cross‑functional communication with stakeholders, staff, vendors and leaders.
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different venues and cultures.

Responsibilities

Lead design and operation of AV systems for events with executives and clients.
Provide AV consulting for REWS projects including office refreshes and new properties.
Perform roles from A1/V1 to camera, lighting, EIC and stage manager as needed.
Maintain and upgrade installed AV systems in auditoriums and specialty spaces.
Deliver daily technical services and event support for campus and non‑profit events.
Coordinate planning and scheduling of events with Hospitality Technology stakeholders.
Oversee regional contractors and related tasks.
