Job summary

Best Buy - Geek Squad is seeking a Level 2 Autotech Agent to install complex car electronics and provide technical guidance. You'll work across vehicles of all makes and models, following established procedures and ensuring compatibility before installations.

You will troubleshoot and apply advanced technical skills, while upholding safety standards and Best Buy policies. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic tech services team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform all car electronic-related work.

Responsibilities

• Install complex car electronics including hardwired remote starts, advanced speakers and in-dash units.
• Install standard car electronics including T-harness remote starts, standard speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers and in-dash units.
• Perform work on vehicles of all makes and models and communicate any compatibility issues prior to installation.
• Use resources and technical acumen for troubleshooting complex automotive solutions.
