Job summary

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a Senior AUTOSAR Software Technical Expert to lead architecture and hands‑on debugging of AUTOSAR ECU platforms. This onsite role in Auburn Hills, MI focuses on Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR, BSW, MCAL, and ECU integration across vehicle networks.

You will guide cross‑team discussions and drive architectural decisions. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in embedded software with AUTOSAR expertise, tools like DaVinci/SystemDesk, and strong ASPICE/SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
15+ years of embedded software experience with emphasis on AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive.
Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN and Ethernet networks.
Familiarity with ASPICE, SDLC and V‑model processes.

Responsibilities

Provide real‑time, hands‑on triage, debugging, and reproduction of AUTOSAR ECU issues.
Perform in‑person code, configuration, and design reviews for AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, RTE and application layers.
Lead root‑cause analysis and ensure no regressions per quality standards.
Facilitate cross‑module technical discussions to resolve ownership across AUTOSAR stacks.
Collaborate with systems, electrical, and validation teams to define software requirements.
Ensure seamless ECU integration across CAN, LIN and Automotive Ethernet networks.
Promote AUTOSAR best practices in architecture, configuration management, and reuse.
Mentor senior engineers on AUTOSAR concepts and implementation patterns.
