Caterpillar Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to develop, integrate, and validate autonomous mining truck systems within the Command for Hauling program.

You will perform SI&V activities in Caterpillar's virtual mine environment, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance while collaborating with software, systems, and test teams. This role requires full-time onsite work in Mossville, up to 10% travel, and operates on a second shift.

Competenze

• Technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques to resolve issues on hardware, software, or operation.
• Design, plan, and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality and requirements adherence.
• Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational or process problems using structured approaches.
• Knowledge of the industry group, trends, regulatory considerations, and major issues.
