May Mobility in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Senior Autonomy Technical Release Manager to own end-to-end software release coordination across engineering, validation, safety, DevOps and deployment teams. You will drive post-release incident response and ensure alignment on scope, timing and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Engineering, CS or similar technical field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an engineer or other highly technical area.
• Minimum 5+ years of technical project management experience including team management, planning, status updates, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration among autonomy, engineering, validation, safety, DevOps, product, customer operations, finance and strategy.
• Drive production incident management with clear ownership and containment through resolution.
• Own hotfix and commercial fix release lanes for production issues in a controlled, auditable manner.
• Establish closed-loop improvement processes to inform future release planning and validation coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to align with product vision and release objectives.
