Job summary

May Mobility is a leader in autonomous mobility, delivering safe and scalable rides. The Senior Autonomy Technical Release Manager will coordinate software releases across engineering, validation, safety, DevOps, and deployment teams, owning post-release incident tracking and ensuring readiness and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end release planning, and continuous improvement of release processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of technical project management experience.
2+ years of engineering or other highly technical experience.
High initiative and ability to handle peripheral challenges for project success.
Ability to document fuzzy requirements clearly for teams to solve problems.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end release coordination across cross-functional teams and align with release plans.
Facilitate collaboration among autonomy, engineering, safety, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders.
Drive production incident management and track remediation through to resolution.
Own hotfix and emergency release lanes with auditable processes.
Establish closed-loop improvements using incident learnings for future releases.
Build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to align with product vision.
