Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in autonomy, robotics, ML, or embedded software on physical platforms.
• Ability to lead a significant technical effort from requirements through testing.
• Strong C++ and Python development skills; Linux development, debugging, profiling, ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own autonomy capabilities end-to-end: requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, verification, delivery.
• Translate mission needs into autonomous behaviors and performance criteria.
• Design and review production-quality C++/Python software for real-time execution and optimize on NVIDIA GPUs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate across ML, Platform Eng., Flight Test, and avionics teams.
• Develop verification strategies using simulation, SIL/HIL, bench testing, and automated tests.
