Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or related technical field with 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience
• Subject matter expertise in autonomy, robotics, unmanned systems, and GPS-denied navigation
• 10+ years of experience in C/C++, Python, and/or MATLAB
• Experience leading R&D teams on prototype projects for DARPA, SOCOM, Army DEVCOM, and AFRL
• Successful history of business development activities including leadership in white papers and proposals leading to contracts
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead highly-technical projects related to autonomous systems in contested environments, focusing on GPS-denied operations
• Serve as a senior technical independent contributor for algorithm development and software deployment to real-time edge systems
• Propose and develop new technical solutions and products to meet customer challenges and funded research
• Support business development activities including white papers, proposals, teaming discussions, and conferences with new customers
• Assist with hardware/software integration and local field testing
• Travel for business development and customer-facing field demonstrations (not more than ~10% of time)
