Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a hands-on engineering leader for autonomous driving feature ownership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with practical experience.
• 6+ years in engineering with ownership of ADAS, automated driving, or safety-critical systems.
• Experience taking a feature through requirements, architecture, integration, and verification.
• Knowledge of the autonomy stack and vehicle-level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own feature definitions, requirements, and acceptance criteria for driving features.
• Develop architectures, state machines, interfaces, and ownership boundaries.
• Define scenario-based verification strategies across simulation and on-road testing.
• Collaborate with perception, planning, controls, and safety teams to ensure coherent end-to-end behavior.
• Drive root-cause analysis, regression coverage, and evidence-based release decisions.
