Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a hands‑on Cybersecurity Software Engineer for the Autonomous Vehicles Platform. You will implement security features across the AV software stack, from sensor abstraction to middleware, collaborating with hardware, platform, safety and cloud teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of professional experience working on system software.
• Excellent programming skills in C++, C and Python.
• Familiarity with source control tools.
• Solid understanding of Linux, QNX, ROS, and/or real‑time operating systems.
• Experience in developing user‑space system software, with willingness to delve into kernel‑space.

Responsibilities

• Integrate security features into the AV software stack.
• Develop and improve security work‑products for the AV stack.
• Work on security‑related software from sensor abstraction layers to data processing to middleware.
• Lead on security governance topics and guide other teams with security mechanism implementation.
• Collaborate with hardware, platform software, product, safety, performance, algorithms and cloud teams.
