Promotive in Castle Hayne, NC is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a family-owned independent repair shop. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a climate-controlled facility, and a focus on quality repairs for Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, and other makes.

Pay is $40-$45 per flagged hour or a hybrid plan, with weekly pay. You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues, perform engine diagnostics, R&R

Competenze

• 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Advanced diagnostic skills, including electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with major mechanical repairs and A/C diagnostics.
• Ability to diagnose multiple systems independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus or other vehicles is beneficial.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Autel, TOPDON, Snap-on or comparable diagnostic tools.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Perform advanced engine diagnostics and major mechanical repairs.
• Repair engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating systems and perform diagnostics.
• Use diagnostic scan tools to identify concerns and verify repairs.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
