Job summary
The EdNapleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician for Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to dealer and factory standards while building customer trust through accurate workmanship.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
- Self-starter, process-driven mindset.
- Willingness to undergo a background check per local law.
- 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
- Explain diagnosis and needed repairs clearly to non-mechanical customers and staff.
- Continuously update technical skills through formal training.
- Keep management informed of repair problems as they arise.
- Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
