Job summary

Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to repair and maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with customers and parts team, and help build trust with Napleton customers.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order to factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and staff clearly.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and participate in training as offered.
• Maintain an organized work area and report issues to management.
