Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to improve customer care. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with regional productivity reflecting the task-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Skilled in brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive tech via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company-paid test fees.
