Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on repair skills across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension and A/C. You will stay current with evolving automotive tech through paid training and pursue ASE certifications within two years.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
