Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to enhance customer care. This position offers paid formal training and a path toward ASE certifications, with emphasis on safety and professional development in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Pay is structured on a flat-rate model, reflecting productivity and expertise, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to diagnose brakes/hydraulics and suspension/alignments.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, electrical, suspension, alignment, A/C and engine control systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical people.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company support; tests paid by the employer.
