Battle Mountain Point S is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot vehicles, ensuring safety and performance across various models. You will provide expert service and advise customers on maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3+ years of automotive service experience.
• Technical or vocational automotive repair training.
• Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and safety emphasis.
• Customer service skills to explain repairs to customers.
• Teamwork and cooperation within a workshop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections for wear or damage.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs.
• Train junior technicians.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries.
• Flush fluids (coolant, brake, transmission) using proper equipment.
• Apply lubricants to components as needed.
• Complete mandatory vehicle inspection forms.
• Communicate repair recommendations to service advisor.
