Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes maintaining automotive systems and mentoring junior technicians.

The position pays $25.30 to $41.86 per hour, with benefits that include medical/dental/vision from day one, paid vacation, ASE training, a flexible schedule, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver''s license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension.
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
