Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician in Belmont, NC to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward exceptional customer care. You will diagnose, repair and explain needed work, while pursuing ASE certifications through company-supported training.

Qualified candidates have 3 years of automotive repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Qualifications

3 years automotive repair experience
ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8
Valid automobile driver's license
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
Reading, writing and math skills

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical systems, plus suspension, alignment, A/C and computer systems.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
