Job summary
Bridgestone Retail Operations seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team to boost customer care and satisfaction.
Based in Nashville, TN, this role requires ASE-ready credentials, strong brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension skills, and the ability to explain complex repairs to customers. Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
- Skills in brakes and hydraulics and/or steering & suspension & alignments.
- Experience in automotive maintenance and tire repair.
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing and math skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
- Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
- Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
- Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) and related tests within two years.
