Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while demonstrating leadership to improve customer care and satisfaction.

You will perform brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, suspension, A/C and computer system diagnostics, train technicians, and pursue ASE certifications. The role offers a progressive pay range and strong benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.
• ASE certifications preferred or pursued; company funds tests.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Strong reading, writing, and numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, suspension, A/C and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1-A8) within first two years.
