Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician in Whitehall to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team focused on delivering outstanding customer care. This role includes ongoing paid training and opportunities to advance ASE certifications.

Eligible candidates will hold a valid driver's license, have solid brakes/hydraulics and steering/suspension skills, and be prepared to participate in a company-funded certification plan and pay-for-performance

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems to specifications.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment.
