Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
- Experience with brakes/hydraulics or steering & suspension and alignments.
- Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing and math skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, electrical, suspension, A/C and engine systems.
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
- Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
- Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
- Pursue ASE certifications (three tests) within two years.
