Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN, seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to deliver exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and electrical systems; explaining findings to non-technical customers; and pursuing ASE certifications with company support. Strong communication and safety focus required.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair proficiency.
• Federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension and electrical.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company support within two years.
