Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead and mentor a team, and drive customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes continuous training and ASE certifications, with a clear path to professional growth within our service network.

The position offers on-site work in a high-volume automotive environment, with competitive pay and a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Completion of Vocational-Technical School Program or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Aim to maintain ASE certifications within first years of employment.
