Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Automotive Technician in Greeley, CO to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction.

The role includes ongoing paid training, ASE certification goals, and a performance-based flat-rate pay model that recognizes efficiency and expertise. Eligible for full benefits and future growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Experience with brakes and hydraulic systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• A.S.E. certifications preferred, at least one of A1–A8 (L1 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Aim to obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
