Qualifications

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle issues using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs including engine and transmission work.
Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document findings.
Communicate with service advisors to update customers.
Test drive vehicles before and after repairs.
Mentor entry-level technicians.
