Goodyear is hiring an Automotive Technician in Paducah, KY to inspect, diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, engine performance, and electrical systems. You will use the latest diagnostic tools and mentor teammates as technology advances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive shop experience or 3+ years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Preferred ASE certifications (A4/A5) and state inspection or MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, engine performance, A/C and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest technology and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high safety, service, and housekeeping standards while using protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and extended standing/bending.
