Job summary

Goodyear Automotive Technician position is available at our Frankfort, KY location. The role requires 3+ years of shop experience, valid license, and a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

You’ll engage in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing complex automotive systems using the latest tools. ASE certifications and ongoing training are highly valued, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive repair experience or 3+ years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: ASE A4 and A5 certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest diagnostic technology.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high safety, service, and housekeeping standards with protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing/bending for extended periods.
