ROLLINS AUTOMOTIVE LLC is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position and requires diagnosing and repairing vehicles with extensive knowledge of systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a team environment, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.
• Work in a fast paced environment and keep track of things while often working on multiple things.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
• Follow procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks
• Test-drive and verify repairs
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to advisors by way of clear communication, detailed notes, and photographs, and digital inspections.
• Provide high-quality repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized work space.
