Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• State Inspection License preferred or required depending on location.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs efficiently.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors.
• Provide labor estimates and document repair procedures.
• Collaborate with the shop foreman and service team to maximize productivity.
• Monitor repair progress and update status as needed.
• Maintain high standards for vehicle care and workplace safety.
• Assist with mentoring apprentice technicians and participate in factory training.
