Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose vehicles using certifications and experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain State Inspector License if required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles based on certifications and experience.
• Execute repairs outlined on inspection and repair orders.
• Perform heavy-duty and advanced diagnostics and repairs.
• Explain technical issues and repair recommendations to customers and team members.
• Document all work and recommendations accurately and adhere to safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members.
