AutoNation is seeking a Senior Technician in Florida to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with precision, while building customer trust and loyalty. You will collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and communications, diagnose issues, and document work while keeping essential tools on hand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician is preferred.
• Automotive technical training (varies by store) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order, with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the Customer.
• Document work performed on each vehicle and maintain required tools.
